The "R3-OF Grout Pump" is the workhouse of our Group Pump
Line. It allows you to mix and pump high volumes of neats cement,
pre-blended grout mixes or sanded grouts.
With
two 55-gallon mixing tanks and a 25-gallon auger fed pump hopper
feeding directly into a progressive cavity pump, you can continuously
mix and pump some of the toughest products under pressures up to
300 psi.
Using
large 4" dump valves on the mix tanks allows for easy flow
of heavy viscous grouting materials.
Incorporating
a two-speed mix, forward and reverse, in conjunction with a colloidal
style mix is the most efficient and fastest way to mix your products.
The
control panel is conveniently located for ease of operating both
mix tanks and the pump hopper at the same time.
