R-2 Manufacturing's Grout King

Grout Pumps - The R-2 Mfg. GROUT KING™, SUPER GROUTER™ and GROUT HOG™ are self contained units designed for the purpose of mixing and pumping slurries of Portland cement or bentonite based grout into the drilled well annulus.

The grout provides an inexpensive, sanitary seal between the well casing and the formation, allowing the user to comply with federal, state and local health codes with a minimum amount of time, work and investment, when constructing or abandoning a drilled well. The unit consists of a paddle-type mixer and a hopper tub mounted on a skid base.

An industrial-grade gasoline engine drives a hydraulic pump which powers the mixing paddles and a progressive cavity pump. The GROUT KING™, SUPER GROUTER™ and GROUT HOG™ can stand alone, be truck-mounted or towed behind the operation.
