GROUT HOG™

SIMPLICITY
There are only two levers required to operate the Grout Hog. The Mix Lever and the
Pump Lever. No other adjustments required.

ONE OR TWO MAN OPERATION
One man can operate the Grout Hog by himself or have a second person to help him.
Two people operating the Grout Hog can mix and pump between 500 and 600 gallon per
hour.

PUMPING CAPABILITY
The Grout Hog can mix and pump up to 600 gallons per hour, depending on the product
that is being mixed and pumped.

DOUBLE HOPPER SYSTEM
The Grout Hog has a mixing hopper separate from the pumping hopper. This allows one
person to mix while another person pumps the previous batch. Gallons per hour can be
increased greatly by continues pumping. The cone-shaped, funnel bottom on the pumping
hopper assures that everything going into the hopper goes into the pump.

FORWARD AND REVERSE PRESSURE FLUSH CAPABILITY
For clean-up, the pump can run in forward or reverse. Utilizing the forward and reverse
pressure flush assures the operator that his discharge pump, which is the heart of his
machine, is completely cleaned.

DISCHARGE PRESSURE
The Grout Hog can reach pressures up to 300 psi on a non-continuous duty cycle.
150 - 250 psi is recommended on a continuous duty cycle.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT
All features on the Grout Hog™ are standard equipment. The Pressure Gauge,
Discharge Hose, Quick Coupler, 13 HP Honda Engine, 2-Speed Mixer, Progressive
Cavity Pump.

LIFETIME WARRANTY
Limited.
